At STEFASERGON we design and manufacture concrete production complexes. After 25 years of installations and experience we have come up with three standard solutions, which we adapt by constructing installations exactly to the customer according to his requirements, the particularities of the installation area, the current legislation, the weather conditions and the environment.

All standard solutions for concrete production complexes were designed with the philosophy of horizontal installation, thus requiring smaller infrastructure projects, quick installation and at the same time to meet the new requirements in concrete technology with respect for the environment.

Technological systemsare also subject to the rules of wear and tear over time and in order to be able to continue to perform their role as originally specified, they first need to be carefully maintained and at some point replaced.
Our many years of experience in the construction machinery industry has led to the development of contingency plans as a valuable measure to prevent possible future damage.

At STEFASERGON we undertake to provide directly to our customers individual spare parts, as well as continuous technical support through our specialized technicians. The short delivery time, the quality of the spare parts at competitive prices is our main goal.

STEFASERGON always recommends to its customers the preventive maintenance of technological systems in order to increase their average lifespan and minimize the risk of damage, thus ensuring the lowest possible maintenance and replacement costs.

The primary concern of our company is the service of our customer to continue after the sale of the concrete production complex. At STEFASERGON we develop facilities in an integrated way, starting from the design of the entire unit, the issuance of the required permits and installation plans but mainly in the installation and testing of its units to achieve their proper operation and the simultaneous training of their future operators.

Following this strategy and having 100% successful and functional facilities we managed to build a stable relationship with all our customers for the benefit of both, exceeding the traditional customer supplier limits.

The success of a project is closely linked to the quality and depth of the plans drawn up. At STEFASERGON we carry out a detailed overview of the design of each plan and each aspect of the projects we undertake, in order to respond with absolute success to their implementation, always according to the spatial and financial needs of our customers. Design activities at STEFASERGON start “from the customer’s voice”, an analysis of the customer’s needs, which are translated into technical factors and operation and maintenance plans. Therefore, the ability to design and produce high quality products that meet a real need at a competitive price, has been for 25 consecutive years and remains to this day the primary goal of STEFASERGON.

In the first phase of a project life cycle, complete plans are drawn up which include:
• Detailed design of mechanical system and its layout at the customer’s place.
• Final machine performance requirements.
• Detailed emergency plans for high risk activities.

At STEFASERGON we firmly believe that the design of the machine, its manufacturing processes and technical support must be integrated, so that the construction technology is compatible with the complexity of the product and all training requirements are identified and met before the production stage.
